What's a wishlist box?
Your own box, built by you. Heart 2 to 8 pieces you're eyeing, slide each one's chance (they always total 100%), and unbox it. One of your picks ships to you. Name it, save it, and keep as many custom boxes as you like.
How does my balance work?
Your balance holds deposits and buyback credit, and spends on any box. Credit from free boxes spends on boxes first; once you've used it in an open, it counts toward transfers. Transfers back to your bank start at $20, unlock after your first purchase, and take a one-time ID check, then 3 to 5 business days to land. Transfer fees may apply.
Can I get a refund?
Box opens are final: you received a real piece and a buyback offer the moment it revealed. Money you've deposited but not spent is always refundable to your original payment method; just message live support. Buyback credit isn't refunded; it transfers to your bank through the normal way.
Why do I have to verify my ID?
Once, quickly, with our verification partner, before your first free box or bank transfer. It keeps the free boxes and the giveaway fair for everyone. Your ID is never stored on Covet, and we won't ask again.
