What Covet is
Covet is a retail experience. Every box purchase buys one genuine, sealed product, selected at random from that box's published odds table. You always receive a real item of a stated minimum value. Covet is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand featured on the site.
Who can use Covet
You must be 18 or older (19+ in Alabama and Nebraska) and physically located in an eligible region: the United States, Puerto Rico included, excluding Washington, Idaho, Hawaii, Kentucky, and South Carolina. One account per person. We may require identity verification, and accounts that fail or refuse it can be limited.
Boxes and reveals
Odds for every box are published on its page and always total 100%. Box opens are final once revealed: you have received a real item and an instant buyback offer for it. Revealed items wait on your shelf until you ship them or sell them back.
Your balance
Your balance holds deposits, buyback credit, and creator earnings. Credit from free and promotional pulls spends on boxes only until used in a purchase. Bank transfers require a completed purchase on the account, start at $20, require one identity verification, and take 3 to 5 business days. Exception: creators with 50 or more referrals may transfer creator earnings to their bank without a purchase, after the same identity verification. Transfer fees may apply. Unspent deposits are refundable to your original payment method on request.
Free boxes
Free daily boxes are a gift and carry their own limits: up to 3 free opens before your first purchase, one free pull shipment before your first purchase, reduced buyback offers, and one claim per day. Any purchase removes the open and shipping limits. Free boxes may change or end at any time.
Shipping and stock
Orders ship free with tracking within 5 business days to all US addresses, Puerto Rico included. Fragrance ships by ground transportation under federal carrier safety rules and can take longer to arrive, especially to Puerto Rico. Pieces over $500 ship insured with signature on delivery. If a revealed item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, you choose: an offered substitute of equal or greater value if one is available, your balance credited the item's full listed value, or the box price refunded to your original payment method. If you make no choice within 5 days, the credit applies automatically.
Fair play
No duplicate accounts, no automation, no abuse of free boxes, referral codes, or giveaways. We may limit, suspend, or close any account at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without stated cause, including for breaking these rules. Balances from legitimate deposits remain refundable even when an account is closed.
Disputes and changes
If something goes wrong, contact support first; nearly everything is fixable in a day. These terms can change; material changes will be announced on the site and apply going forward. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
