What we collect

• Account basics: name, email, password (stored hashed), and your saved shipping address.
• Activity on Covet: boxes opened, balance history, wishlist, giveaway entries, and support conversations.
• Payment details are handled by our payment processor; full card numbers never touch Covet's servers.
• Identity verification is performed once by our verification partner. They confirm you are you; your ID document is not stored by Covet.

What we use it for

Running your account, fulfilling orders, paying buybacks and creator earnings, running the giveaway, preventing fraud and duplicate accounts, and, if you opt in, sending you marketing email you can leave with one click.

Who we share it with

Only what each job needs: your name and address go to the supplier or carrier fulfilling your order, payment data lives with the payment processor, identity checks live with the verification partner, and email lives with our email provider. We never sell or rent your personal information, and nobody gets it for advertising.

Cookies and local storage

We use them to keep you signed in, remember your region confirmation, and keep your wishlist and preferences. No third party advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can view and edit your profile any time, unsubscribe from marketing instantly, and delete your account from your profile page. Deletion removes your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, fraud prevention, or legal reasons. Transfer or spend your balance before deleting; it cannot follow you.
